Working with Liza was one of the best decisions we made during our pregnancy journey. Her support continued into the delivery room, where she helped us stay grounded, reminding us to pause, breathe, and talk through decisions before acting. She coached us in communicating with doctors and nurses in a calm and confident way, helping us feel empowered instead of overwhelmed. Throughout the entire process, she kept a gentle eye on us...making sure we were taking care of ourselves emotionally and physically (and drink lots of water!), and constantly offering encouragement and reassurance.
We are so grateful for her guidance, compassion, and the sense of calm she brought to an otherwise unpredictable process. She helped us walk into birth not just as expecting parents, but as a stronger team and that made all the difference which we won't ever forget.
