There are no words to describe how amazing Adele is. She treats my baby with such love and gentle, intuitive care, and made space for me to rest and heal. Not to mention our toddler always gets excited when he hears her pull up! Every time she walked through our door, the energy shifted, more peaceful, more grounded. It wasn’t just what she did, but how she did it: with compassion, without judgment, and with a quiet strength that made me feel safe.
Beyond that, she didn’t just teach me about babies, and the INCREDIBLE things our bodies can do when having babies, she also taught me about life with how she shows up. About patience, presence, and how to hold space for others without rushing to fix or fill the silence. She showed me the power of soft strength, of moving through chaos with calm, and of choosing intention over urgency. Her wisdom is quiet but it’s lasting, and the way she lives and shows up has shifted something in me. I’m walking through the world differently now, slower, more grounded, and with a deeper sense of trust.
We’ll forever be grateful that she was part of our postpartum story. All of this to say that Adele started out as our doula and she quickly became family. I hope every mom, and family is lucky enough to have an Adele.
