I highly recommend working with Mairi if you are looking for someone with a comforting, knowledgeable, and supportive presence during your pregnancy and labor. We originally reached out to Mairi to support us during my unmedicated hospital birth. After learning more about physiological birth, we decided to switch to a home birth. We appreciated how she provided all of the info but in no way tried to sway any of our decisions. Mairi offers 4 long prenatal sessions, spending much more time with you before labor than any other doula we talked to. This time allowed us to build a strong connection going into labor. Regardless of your birth plan, Mairi is a fantastic person and I can’t recommend her enough.
