Deanna provided doula services for our May 2025 birth. When I began researching and contacting doulas Deanna's name was referred on multiple occasions so I was pleased to learn she was available for our delivery date.
Deanna met with us twice prior to our birth, provided many resources and knowledge to us through verbal conversations and printed reference. She had a private library we could utilize too. Upon meeting Deanna my husband and I could feel her gentle and supportive energy and demeanor and appreciated her communication approach.
I went into labor just over a week early (starting at 10:15pm) and Deanna was available throughout the early morning to know how I was and waited until we asked her to come support me in the hospital. Upon arriving Deanna immediately provided support and different perspectives to how I could labor. She worked well with the hospital staff and ensured my birth plan was followed closely to how I desired. She also captured great photos we will forever cherish
Post birth Deanna came by our home to check in, provided many resources birthing notes and wish us well. In sum, it was a pleasure to partner with Deanna. As a first time mom her support helped me through the whole journey!
