Karen is truly the greatest doula! My pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience were all incredibly positive thanks to her support and guidance. From the very beginning, she stayed in constant communication, regularly checking in and sending me helpful resources. She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions, which gave me so much peace of mind.
During labor, I ended up going without an epidural, and Karen was amazing at helping me feel as comfortable and supported as possible. She not only encouraged me every step of the way but also gently guided my partner, showing him how to be present and helpful during those intense moments. It made such a difference having both of them there, working as a team.
Even after the birth, Karen continued to show up for me. She visited during my postpartum period and was a wonderful resource, especially when it came to recommending nourishing foods to support my recovery and boost lactation.
I can’t thank Karen enough for her care, compassion, and knowledge. She made such a difference in my journey and I feel so lucky to have had her by my side.
