From prenatal classes to delivery to postpartum, we couldn't recommend Lone Star Birth enough! The classes were so helpful and informative. We tried a couple online classes and hospital classes first and these blew them out of the water. Jen has so much useful and science-backed information that helped us to prepare perfectly. She also checked in on us right when we needed it to make sure we were feeling ready as the due date approached. When delivery day came, she was at the hospital within an hour of texting her. She coached me through a beautiful unmedicated birth, despite having been induced. I was nervous the induction would ruin my plans but she guided me the whole way and helped me meet my son in the best way I could have hoped for. She helped coach my husband on how best to comfort me as well and they were an all-star team! She took a few photos and videos during delivery (after asking permission) and I could not be more thankful to have those to help me remember such a special day. We absolutely plan to call her again once we're ready for the next baby!
