She provided us comprehensive reading materials to help me prepare for a smooth delivery, help me visualize a delivery process, along with a super helpful in person session, where she coached my husband multiple techniques to help me release the pain when labor comes.
Fast forward a few weeks, I went into labor at 2 Am, Shaina stayed in the hospital with us for almost 16 hours until baby was out. The contraction was difficult but Shaina provided me and my husband amazing support with so much calmness that I felt so safe and confident.
Shaina also visited during the first week of postpartum and checked on us. We were so lucky to have her.
