Thais was our night doula from day one and supported our family for 8 weeks. She was always punctual—never late, never left early—and brought a calm, professional presence every night.
She’s incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, especially with lactation support. She brought helpful tools and supplies, including a precise baby scale that made tracking our baby’s weight simple and reassuring. She also gave gentle belly massages that helped our baby girl relieve gas and poop comfortably. She also has a lot materials she can share with families so we could learn more about child care as first-time parents.
Thais was always respectful of our parenting choices and very supportive throughout the postpartum journey. In addition to caring for our baby, she helped with bottle and pump part cleaning, which was a huge help during those exhausting early weeks.
