I can't say enough good things about Shaina as a postpartum doula! She was recommended to me shortly after I gave birth to my son and found myself overwhelmed and underprepared for my husbands immediate return to work, wrought with anxiety. She was incredibly understanding of my emotional and physical needs postpartum and a source of great validation and security. She was also wonderful with my son and very knowledgeable about newborns/newborn needs. While she always gave me education/information and was simultaneously straightforward and compassionate, she never made me feel shame for the decisions I made as a first time mom and followed my lead.
