We had a great experience working with Ellie for my second birth. Once I got pregnant the second time, I knew I wanted to use a doula because my first birth didn't go as I had hoped, and I was disappointed in some aspects of my labor and delivery. Ellie was great to work with! Right away she worked to understand my hopes for the next birth and the entire process of working with her she helped to prepare me in the ways I was lacking the first time around. I am proud of how my second labor and delivery went and having her support greatly helped my husband to feel more comfortable being my support person because Ellie supported him, too. Her postpartum help was AMAZING while parenting a newborn and a toddler, especially once our family was no longer around to help. She is flexible and worked with our schedule well to make sure we could utilize her when it worked for us. She even drove an hour to get to us for every appointment and our birth. Ellie was extremely professional to work with and we trusted her knowledge immensely. We would definitely use her again and recommend her to family and friends as well.
