Alysa was the perfect doula for our family. She worked with us prior to our first delivery experience and prepared my partner and I for many of the physical and emotional challenges that come with birth.
We had several complications during delivery and she was calm, informative, and protective as needed. She helped us walk through and understand what was happening at the hospital and what our options were when we needed to make decisions. She was excellent at communicating with everyone from medical staff to our family members.
