I can’t say enough good things about Jill—she was an absolute game-changer during my birth. I’m so grateful we had her, and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. She was there for me from the start, helping me figure out when it was time to head to the hospital. I was texting her updates and even sending pictures, and she calmly walked me through everything while I was still at home, which made me feel so much more at ease.
When we got to the hospital, she was there for my entire 24-hour labor without taking a single break. I never felt alone—she was a steady, supportive presence, always ready to explain and translate what the doctors were saying so we could really understand and make informed decisions. She really listened to what I needed, coaching both my husband and I through the process with so much care and patience.
Things didn’t go exactly as I planned—complications with my body and the baby led to a C-section. She helped me explore every possible option before we got to that point, and I truly believe that without her, I might have either had the C-section too soon and regretted it or waited too long and risked more issues. Even though my birth experience wasn’t what I’d envisioned, having her there made me feel at peace. What could have been a negative experience turned into a positive one. She helped me navigate the unexpected with confidence, and I’m so thankful for her support.
