It was an absolute joy to work with Tiffany as our doula. As a first time mom, I felt overwhelmed by all the unknowns of pregnancy and labor. Tiffany was a calming resource I could lean on to help educate myself and my partner, so we could make the best choices in L&D for our family.
We met several times while I was pregnant, and she provided excellent advice on everything from birth classes to registry tips. Once we neared the end of the third trimester, she checked in often to see how I was doing and if I had any concerns she could help with. I ultimately ended up having a fast labor, and Tiffany was able to provide coaching over the phone while we determined when was the right time to head to the hospital. And once at the hospital, Tiffany had such a soothing presence - I always felt like me and my baby were well cared and advocated for.
I initially chose Tiffany because she was one of the few doulas I could find who had a lot of experience with my provider group at Northwestern, but in the end, there were a million other reasons why I would choose to work Tiffany again for future pregnancies!
