Tatiana was an excellent doula and addition to my birthing team. My goal was to have an unmedicated birth, which I was successful in doing, and Tatiana was a large contributor to making this happen. Throughout the entire birth she was calm and encouraging, was a strong advocate of mine with the medical staff, and was very knowledgeable in progressing labor. She helped me labor at home for several hours, guiding me through positions and providing pain relief methods. Then at the hospital she knew exactly what to ask for and when - like the use of the tub for contractions and a birthing stool for pushing. Post labor Tatiana was very thoughtful about checking in and continued to provide advice as I was navigating post-partum and newborn parenthood. I would unquestionably recommend Tatiana as a doula to anyone looking.
