She was incredibly calming, kind, knowledgeable, and experienced—exactly what we needed to make our labor journey not only manageable but unbelievably fun, lighthearted, and at the same time calm and comforting. Tiffany was a fantastic advocate for us, giving us so many wonderful tips and guidance as we prepared: from understanding contractions and what to actually focus on for birth, to breastfeeding support, practical medication advice, and what’s truly necessary to know ahead of time.
At the bedside, she worked seamlessly with the clinicians and supported them immensely—you could tell how respected she is at Northwestern, and it was clear that the physicians love working with her. She brought such a sense of peace and confidence to the whole experience, and I honestly can’t imagine doing it without her.
