From my very first consultation with Kaitlyn and Noura, I knew I had found the perfect doulas for my birth journey. As a first-time mom, I was entering pregnancy with so many questions and very little understanding of what to expect, especially when it came to a hospital birth. From day one, they were kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.Early in my pregnancy, they guided me towards building the right care team—recommending an amazing provider and chiropractor. Kaitlyn & Noura were always just a text away, and no question ever felt too small. Their wealth of knowledge and gentle reassurance gave me confidence every step of the way. When I passed my due date and the talk of induction ramped up with my provider these ladies helped me remain calm and assured me there was nothing to worry about and sure enough I went into spontaneous labor. From the minute I had my first contraction they were texting, factiming and coaching me through the entire process. I truly felt like I had family cheering me on and in my corner. Their calm presence helped me feel grounded and safe during such an intense experience. During labor, Kaitlyn’s gentle presence, soothing voice, and the way she applied counter pressure through each contraction made me feel grounded and safe. When it came time to push, Noura held my hand and wrapped me in such warmth and comfort—it was exactly the support I needed in that moment. They were my advocates through the entire process, making sure my voice was heard and my wishes respected.
We also took their birth and newborn care class during pregnancy, and it was a game-changer.
Looking back, I honestly can’t imagine going through this experience without them. They helped me have the birth I dreamed of—and I absolutely want them by my side for all of my future pregnancies.
