Veronica is a life saver. We had a unique situation when my wife had an unexpected family emergency, and had no choice but to travel out of town for a few days. As our baby is far too young to fly safely, I was left more or less alone for the first time with our two month old. I’m a new father and was completely overwhelmed, feeling like I had no idea what to do or how I was going to do it. We contacted Veronica who was caring and reassuring right from the beginning. She made sure to tell us that we had nothing to worry about and, understanding the difficulty of our situation, made time for us right away in her busy schedule.
From the moment she entered our home and took over with the baby. I knew we had made the right choice. Our baby could not have been more safe and secure and Veronica was even kind enough to teach me a few things so I could feel more confident when it was just me on my own. I never thought anyone but my wife would be able to get our baby to sleep, but Veronica managed and I was able to get some rest overnight, which made the days that much more manageable. She even rearranged her schedule last minute when I needed a few extra hours of help.
