Throughout pregnancy she was extremely generous with her resources and her time - she guided us through creating our birth preferences, navigating pregnancy complications, and preparing mentally and physically for birth as a team. She answered so many questions and helped both my husband and me feel confident and ready for the big day. During our birth experience Brooke brought such a sense of calm (and humor when we needed it) and her support was invaluable. I was nervous about a hospital birth and she helped me advocate in a way that I felt completely empowered and in control. I don’t have the words to express all the ways her presence and expertise and caring nature helped to create a positive birth experience for us. Her photography is amazing, the photos she took are treasured memories of our baby’s first hour. If that wasn’t enough, her generosity and caring extended into postpartum as she helped me navigate some of my most challenging days. I can’t imagine my pregnancy or birth without her!
There is no question Brooke loves what she does and it shows in the care she provides. We couldn’t have asked for a better doula and recommend her to any expecting parents. We are forever grateful!
