Carli helped with my unmedicated birth in both a mental and physical way. She was there for me when I doubted I could do it, her calming demeanor and words of encouragement kept me mentally well. When I didn't think I could handle anymore she stayed by my side and helped calm my doubts. She encouraged me to try different positions to help my baby engage (due to my baby not being in the proper position). When there was something I didn't want to do or I was tired she stayed with me and didn't push me. She let me feel how I needed to feel and kept my emotions under control. She was a great part of my labor and delivery and I don't think I could have done it without her!
