Lauren is amazing! She has been my doula for two pregnancies and births, in 2022 and 2025. In pregnancy, she was so supportive - frequently touching base to see how appointments were going, how I was feeling, and was always available if I needed her. And in birth she was calm, cool, and collected. She was always at my side and ready to support me however I needed - through emotional support, physical support with massage and counter pressure, and even helping us to make sure my 5-year old daughter was there to see her brother born. There were a few times in this recent pregnancy where I leaned on Lauren as a sounding board to talk through options. Through sharing her knowledge and experience, she was able to help me come to some important decisions, which really empowered me and how I see and feel about my labor and birth. Lauren is a valued member of my birth team and I know I wouldn’t have had the same overwhelmingly positive experience without her. She is truly one of the best!
