I hired Shamika very early on in my pregnancy. I had a general idea of what to expect during labor as a first time mom (or so I thought). Having Shamikas guidance and the knowledge that she provided proved me so wrong on what I thought I knew. I learned how to create birth plan and also I learned not to hold on the that plan for my dear life lol. My birth experience as a first time mom was not at all what I expected or wanted but positive all around because of the knowledge and guidance I received from Shamika. She was also great with my family who were also present during labor & delivery. I can't leave out her knowledge in lactation she taught me how to pump how to use the pump and how to produce and maintain my supply. I will definitely work with Shamika for my next baby hopefully soon. I also would recommend her to anyone else 10000%. She's was awesome.
