Mara has been so helpful to me and my family. She was with our family until my newborn was 7 weeks old. She helped us with all things related to caring for our baby (setting up a routine, baby laundry, washing bottles, hygiene care, organizing our baby room, putting our baby to bed, and more). She provided us tips and also was a great resource when we had questions. She is extremely proactive, does things without being asked, and always comes with suggestions. For example, our baby had some major stomach issues (reflux and gas) and she was able to individualize her care by trying many things to provide my baby comfort. She even reached out to her community for collective advice. As a new parent, I really appreciated her help and guidance. You can tell she truly enjoys her work with babies and treats them as if they were her own. In addition, at the end of her time with us, she was so focused on setting us up for success (setting up sustainable routines and helping us find future care).
