It's hard to put into words just how wonderful Nicole is. She was my doula for my second child. From the moment I met her at my home visit, I knew that me and my family were in good hands. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure that I delivered my baby on my own terms. After learning of my terrible experience with my first delivery, She knew how important it was for me to be in control of my body and my labor this time around. She gave me to tools and knowledge that I needed to achieve my goals. Nicole was there for me whenever I needed her, even for my 2am false labor text messages. She checked in on me often to make sure I was okay physically and mentally. When we were finally ready to get to the hospital, Nicole was already there waiting for me and my husband. I loved my labor and delivery. I know that she will say otherwise, but it was truly because of her support. She made me feel heard, she made me feel empowered and most of all she made me feel safe. Nicole was a blessing and I was lucky to have her by my side.
