Kristina was an amazing doula! She is so kind and compassionate and had an incredible ability to attune to both me and my partner. I am someone who doesn't always know what she needs in the moment, but c Kristina was quick to offer suggestions and options which was so helpful in the midst of labor. She helped walk me through all possibilities/options and always respected my choices. I don't know how anyone can go through labor and delivery without a doula. Kristina helped empower me and encouraged me. Even after a difficult delivery, she stayed and held our baby when i was too weak/tired to. Highly recommend her!!
