We hired Katie last minute and her calming presence was so welcome from the start. We felt very unprepared to labor but she gave us great support before and during and helped advocate for us in the moments that I was too overwhelmed. Our VBAC was such a positive experience and I credit a lot of that success to Katie. The last two hours of our birth experience were so calm, relaxed and powerful, so the opposite of our first birth.
