Joyce is an incredible human being and everything I needed in a doula. I had a very traumatic experience giving birth to my first child. It was during Covid and I didn't have a doula. When I got pregnant with my second child I immediately started looking for a doula. I was looking for someone that would match my personality, I could trust, and was very knowledgeable. Joyce was everything and more. I immediately knew within the first few minutes of talking with her that our personalities matched and she was the one. I had some hiccups along the way during my pregnancy and she was there for me and extremely supportive. She provided me with readings, came to my house to talk me through the process and she was always a phone call or message away. I had the most amazing second birth. I didnt realize how fast I would go into active labor and she got to my house in 15 minutes and came with me to the hospital. During the labor I had the confidence I could give birth without medication because of her and I did. She told me how to breathe and got me through everything. She's been a great support post partum. Helped my son latch and has been checking in on me. I cannot recommended Joyce enough. She was exactly what I needed.
