HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALYSSA! I knew being my 1st birth having a doula was a requirement for me. I wanted a non medicated birth and I knew I needed to prepare for that. I interviewed 3 different people and after speaking with Alyssa I knew she was the right choice! I can’t say enough good things about Alyssa.
She is so knowledgeable! The support I received from her throughout the rest of my pregnancy right up til birth was exactly what I needed. Helping me with my birth plan and basically being my brain while I was in labor. My husband felt very prepared & thankful we had her. Our meetings before he got to ask his questions and learn his role. During birth he said she kept him calm and explained what was happening before he even had to ask.
