I was fortunate enough to have Angela as my doula for the delivery of my first child and could not recommend her more. Angela is experienced, knowledgeable, calm, caring, friendly and a truly serene presence in and out of the delivery room. She is exactly the type of energy you want around as you welcome your child to the world. Angela was also very available and particularly helpful in the weeks leading up to the due date where I had questions about my doctors visits and pregnancy progress. She helped alleviate so many fears and feel confident in my birth plan. In the delivery room, she was a perfect accompaniment to my doctor and nurse - experienced and respected by all - and made me feel so comfortable reminding me to relax into each surge. She was also a huge help to my partner, providing him with plenty of positive support and direction on how to be involved and support me through the birthing process. My partner and I also took Angela's Newborn Care class which was particularly helpful and provided an excellent forum for all of our questions. Angela is also very well connected throughout the community and had great referrals for any birthing/baby related needs. Our little family adores Angela and wholeheartedly recommends her!
