Liz was amazing throughout the entire pregnancy, birth and even post partum. what attracted us to her immediately was her warmth- something that we could feel with even just seeing her picture. I knew i wanted her as my doula the second we spoke to eachother I knew that I wanted it to be her to guide me through my pregnancy. she is warm, kind, strong, and very knowledgeable. she guided me and helped both my husband and I through our home birth, she helped me regain my power with with every inhale and exhale and helped guide my husband as well. it was a calm, peaceful and tender birth. she helped me find my strength when I needed it most. if my husband and I embark on this journey again I will definitely want to work with Liz again! what a treat, what a dream.
