I couldn't recommend Morgan more highly. She came to my home two times before my due date to meet my husband and me, and to give us very detailed information about what to expect during labor and birth. It's exactly the type and amount of information I had been looking for (eg, the stages of labor, birthing positions, and much more), but had not otherwise received from the rest of my care team.
During the actual birth, she was an incredible support for both my husband and me. She knew exactly what to do to provide physical comfort, which was particularly important since I did not have an epidural until I started to push, and she is an extremely warm person who effectively provides much needed emotional support during one of the most vulnerable experiences of your life. She reminded me of all the tools in my toolbox (so to speak) at exactly the right time during delivery. And her warmth, genuine care for her clients, and deep knowledge of birth put me at ease during the delivery. I truly don't know what we would have done without her--it's hard to articulate fully how grateful I am that she was there!
If/when we get pregnant again, she will be my first call.
