Not only did she provide tons of emotional and practical support (including much-needed help with breastfeeding), she also offered plenty of insider tips about navigating our hospital, took stunning pictures, and even recommended the perfect instant coffee for busy days with a newborn. Throughout, she gave us all the positive reinforcement we needed to relax into the experience. And last but not least, Beth has a great sense of humor. Not to be underestimated during a stressful time.
