Michelle has been fantastic and provided us the support that we desperately needed as first time parents! Of all the doulas that we tried, as we had a night Doula for all days of the week, she was the best, and we looked forward to her visits. She is punctual, good communicator, and is very experienced with postpartum care. She would listen to our new parent concerns with patience and educate us on plethora of newborn topics. Watching her bond with our daughter seamlessly gave us the peace of mind, and we could rest without any worries. She would leave detailed notes after each of her visits that were helpful for us to understand our newborn and how the night went. Michelle is calm, patient, and cared deeply for our baby.
In addition, she would seek opportunities to help out such as refilling water or grabbing snacks to help with postpartum and breastfeeding, helping with the baby laundry, folding and organizing the supplies. She was such a great support, we were lucky to have her, and would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for the support and peace of mind during postpartum.
