Our experience with Katie was amazing. We hired her on after interviewing multiple doulas. Besides her wonderful personality and bedside manor, her flexibility and knowledge were what drove me to select her. She offered support in anyway that we needed it. When she would arrive during the day, she quickly would start handling tasks we needed done without prompting.
We booked her for 6 overnights which really helped us during the early months. I call her my postpartum fairy. I would get a full nights sleep and wake up to laundry done, dinner prepped and fresh baked muffins. It was magic.
The most important thing was that I knew my screaming baby was safe with her. She road the waves of newborn life with us. From sleepy 4 week old to screaming 3 month old. I knew he was safe with her. I can't say how tremendous it was to have her in our support group.
