Melissa was our doula for the birth of our second child. Our meet and greet with her was wonderful - she took lots of time with us and answered all of our questions - and even brought up some things we didn't think to ask about. We didn't interview any other doulas, we just knew Melissa would be wonderful - and she was!
Our birth with our son was incredibly redemptive from the experience with our daughter (first child) and Melissa was there the whole time, offering gentle and warm support from the beginning of labor (over text) to active labor in the hospital and finally, she stayed and supported me when my baby and my husband had to leave unexpectedly for the NICU. We could not have asked for a better birth experience and we're so glad Melissa was a part of it!
