From our first conversation, she has been such an incredible support for me and my husband. This was our first birth experience and my husband was initially on the fence about getting a doula. But after a 30 minute conversation with Janelle, he was sold!
From the start, she made me feel heard and understood. I felt very comfortable asking her anything and everything, and she brought a gentle, informed perspective that is in no way pushy, and helped me make decisions that felt right for me and my family. I’m especially grateful for her lactation support. She helped me through a tough time in the early days with breastfeeding, and I don’t think I’d still be breastfeeding my baby if it weren’t for her quick and caring help right when I needed it.
