After going through my birth, I can say with certainty that having Kristin there was invaluable. She was a calm, steady presence throughout the entire process. There were a few unexpected turns in my labor that left me feeling panicky, but Kristin helped ground me and brought a sense of calm that made all the difference. She brought a gentle, almost motherly presence into the room, supportive without being intrusive, nurturing without taking over.
