Ernest was just awesome! We hired him for postpartum services and at the time our baby was about a month old, so we were exhausted. From the first phone call he was so approachable and open, we knew pretty quickly that we wanted to move forward with him.
The peace of mind of having someone keeping an eye on your baby was enough for us to get quality sleep. He was very punctual, respectful, kind, and fun to chat with when I got up to pump. Being a first time parent, he was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding baby sleep and feeding. He helped get our baby on a more regular schedule which has made our lives so much easier and less overwhelming.
He's very caring and still checks in to see how baby is doing. I honestly can't recommend him enough and we are so grateful for the time he spent with our family!
