I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jet City Doula and the amazing team of Mariah, Katie, and Jen.
Mariah was present for my delivery, and her calm, confident presence made a world of difference. She worked seamlessly with our hospital nurse—never overstepping, but always ensuring we felt empowered to make informed decisions. Her experience and gentle guidance kept our stress levels down, even when labor took unexpected turns. I truly believe the birth experience was more positive because she was there.
Jen was a tremendous support both before and after birth. Her virtual lactation class and 1:1 sessions helped me feel prepared and confident as a first-time mom. She took the time to size me correctly for my breast pump and walked me through how to use it. After birth, she visited us and provided much-needed reassurance and hands-on support as I adjusted to breastfeeding. Her warmth and knowledge were exactly what I needed in those early days.
Throughout pregnancy and postpartum, all three doulas were consistently supportive. Katie, in particular, has an incredible wealth of knowledge, and like the rest of the team, she shares it with kindness and encouragement. The care and expertise this trio brings is invaluable.
I would absolutely work with Jet City Doula again for any future pregnancies and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and empowering support.
