We are so grateful to have had Elena Wiese as our postpartum doula during the first five weeks after our daughter was born. As first-time parents, we had so many questions, and Elena helped us feel calm, confident, and supported every step of the way. She patiently taught us how to use our baby carriers, file our daughter’s tiny (and fast-growing!) nails, give her baths, and so much more.
Beyond her guidance, Elena brought so much care and thoughtfulness to each visit—she made nourishing postpartum soups and delicious lactation treats while our baby napped, and she was always ready to jump in with feedings or baby care when we needed rest. She was consistently prompt, friendly, and incredibly respectful of our home and preferences.
