I can not begin to describe just how amazing my experience was with Ms Kiesha. This was my second pregnancy and first with a doula. My husband struggled during the birth and postpartum period with my first child, yet with Kiesha by our side this time around, my husband felt at ease knowing we had an extra person in our corner. The birth of my little girl in October ended up coming a little earlier than expected and very quickly so I did not follow my initial birth plan, however, having Keisha there meant support reassurance not just for myself but for my husband and my three year old who unexpectedly got to attend the birth of his sister. Our postpartum visits gave me a chance to study, catch up on sleep, or get tips about different ways of breastfeeding and burping baby. She was so helpful in stepping in to do the dishes or bring a meal, and play with my son so that my husband and I could get some time together too. I definitely recommend Kiesha as a birth and postpartum doula!!
