Having Daneita spend the 1st month of our baby's life with us was so helpful! She shared so much knowledge, wisdom and resources with us in those early days postpartum, sleep deprived, and clueless about some things. Even though you try to be prepared as much as possible before the baby comes there are always things you don't think of. Daneita was so helpful from guiding me through our baby's first bath, figuring out how to use the breast pump and cheering me on with my low supply, helping me heal from my c-section and just holding/feeding the baby while I desperately wanted to vacumm, even tho she said to be careful!
Even if you have the blessing of family coming over and helping in those first few weeks I highly recommend hiring Daneita as not just an extra set of helpful hands but someone who has experience/knowledge with newborns, won't judge you in your choices, and to help with those very long days.
