We have had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Isabella as our postpartum Doula. We worked with two Doulas concurrently, one at night and one during the day (Isabella). Working with both concurrently helped put in perspective just how lucky we were to find Isabella.
She is proactive, thoughtful, attentive and knowledgable. She prepared delicious and healthy meals that helped us focus on spending time with our newborn son, she prepared hot tea to support my wife during breastfeeding, and she seemlessly rotated from supporting mom, our son, or even our daughter whenever it made sense throughout the day. She flexibly helped where help was most needed rather than adhering to a particular set of tasks.
We also found it very easy to work with Isabella on the admin tasks around scheduling and Carrot reimbursements. She is communicative, organized and professional.
We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any growing family. We will be genuinely sad when our contract is up and she moves on, so much so that we've explored how we might work together again down the line.
