Denise is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and supportive. As first-time parents, we were quite nervous, but she helped ease our worries as much as she could. About a month before the due date, Denise visited us in person to walk through essential information and share helpful resources on childbirth, newborn and postpartum care, and what items we would need for both the baby and mom.
During the first month, Denise supported us in the mornings and provided excellent care for our baby. Her passion and love for babies were evident in everything she did. She gave our baby gentle massages and workout to relieve gas and soothed him with songs. Denise also gave our baby his first sponge bath and water bath with great care.
She maintained a detailed and thoughtful log of our baby’s daily activities, which was both helpful and heartwarming. We truly appreciated her presence and support during this important time, and we would highly recommend Denise to any new parents.
