There are no words for how grateful my family is to have had the compassionate, expert support of Sam and Ildi in the immediate days, weeks, and months of our postpartum experience. Sam and Ildi provided us with both day and night support and customized every visit to exactly what we needed most at that moment- whether that was feeding assistance, baby care, baby grooming, emotional support, help developing new home systems to most efficiently care for baby, laundry, cooking, and so much more. There were so many times where we counted down the minutes until their arrival because we knew that once they were with our family again, hard moments would feel easier and whatever felt impossible that day would feel possible. We developed our confidence as parents little by little with their encouragement and guidance. It was also very clear to us they cared about our baby's well-being, safety, and flourishing just as much as we did. As a bonus, they both showed our dog (our first baby) the utmost love and care as well. We can't imagine our postpartum time without them!
