Testimonial for Marianna Alpaslan
Marianna was an amazing overnight postpartum doula for our family. She was with us for our baby's first eight weeks, four nights a week, and we really could not have survived without her. She supported me in breastfeeding the first couple of weeks, and helped us when our baby was old enough to drink expressed milk from bottles. I was able to get seven hours continuous sleep by the end, and had no supply issues. Our baby was a little collicky and refluxy and Marianna worked tirelessly to help the baby sleep and be as comfortable as possible. Our toddler also woke up too early a couple of times, and she read a book to him and sent him back to bed :)
Besides all of the support for our baby she folded laundry, did dishes and did light tidying downstairs! I don't know how she did it all, while also taking care of our little one, but we always knew that the priority was the baby :) Like others have said, she truly is a baby whisperer and so good at her job! I think everyone should have a postpartum doula, and Marianna is one of the best!
