Ashley’s care went far beyond helping around the house, she brought warmth, love, and reassurance into our home. Though hired as a postpartum doula, she offered tremendous support even before childbirth. Her kind words and calm presence helped ease my anxieties as I prepared for labor. She also shared a wealth of useful information throughout our time together, everything from newborn care tips, breastfeeding, to recovery resources, which gave me confidence and peace of mind.
She is an absolute pro at postpartum massage. Every session helped me feel more relaxed and recharged. Ashley supported my healing both physically and mentally, which made a huge difference in my recovery and overall well-being. Her cooking was another highlight! She brought wonderful recipes and made nourishing, delicious foods like lactation bites, hot chocolate, and berry-oatmeal bake that I looked forward to every morning. These small comforts truly helped me feel cared for.
Ashley was also a huge help with both bottle feeding and breastfeeding. She offered gentle guidance and was always respectful of my choices. She even accompanied us to pediatrician and lactation consultant visits, where she asked thoughtful questions and paid close attention to small but important details I might have missed. She was also wonderful with my parents, who don’t speak English fluently. Her patience and friendliness helped them feel included and at ease.
I feel so lucky to have had her as my postpartum doula. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any new parent. Her presence brought peace, support, and joy to our home during one of the most important chapters of our lives.
