Shaina was exactly what I was looking for in a doula. I used her birth service which started way before the actual birth. She provided lots of helpful resources as well as met with me virtually and in-person to prepare me for the birth. She guided me through coming up with a birth plan and gave me plenty of tips to get my body ready for labor. Every labor is unique, and she has the expertise to understand what was happening during mine to help make the necessary decisions for everything that came up. My main worry was making the wrong decisions that would impact my baby. Shaina made the process way less overwhelming by explaining and guiding me through all of the details when I wasn’t in a place to be able to do my own research. She came equipped with the knowledge and tools to get me through even the trickiest parts of labor. She remained supportive and accepting to my situation and preferences while offering her own ideas. She also met with me after the birth to review everything and answer any additional questions that I had. I will definitely hire Shaina again next time.
