Where do I begin! My husband and I would not have made it through my unmedicated birth without Enza! I knew I wanted an unmedicated birth from the beginning, but being our first baby and birth, I also knew we would need support. From the second we met Enza, we knew she was the perfect fit and signed the contract right then and there (also appreciate that she preferred to meet in person for the first meeting to really get to know eachother). She is warm and caring and also took time to learn about us and what type of support we would need. Even though I waited until the last minute to find her, she spent the last couple of weeks checking in on me and baby after our appts and prepared us with a lot of education and a mock birth so we were as prepared as possible on the day of. The morning I went into labor, she asnwered my text within seconds (at 2am) and was ready when we needed her. During my unmedicated birth, she was the perfect support for both my husband and I. When things started to get tough and I was exhuasted, she reminded me of my birth plan and kept me going. Truly would not have been able to make it without her. I told her I wanted her to be realistic with me throughout labor, and that she was. I never felt pressured by her but she made sure to push me to keep going within reason, and I am SO glad she did. Since birth, she has checked in with us every day and genuinely cares about her clients. I can not recommend Enza enough for any type of birth, and she will be the first person I call next time I am pregnant to book her immediately for that birth!
