Jackie assisted with the births of each of my 3 children--a c-section and two VBACs! I am forever grateful to Jackie for the support she provided to me and my husband in each labor and delivery. She was a constant resource for me in labor and she was always mindful of integrating my husband in the labor and delivery--he caught both of my VBAC babies! While I took birth classes and tried to prepare myself for labor and delivery, there is truly no substitute for the lived experience, and Jackie has that experience in droves. She is able to work with her clients with both compassion, empathy, confidence, and patience-SO MUCH patience! And, just as importantly, zero judgment for any decisions that felt right for me throughout labor.
Even after two babies, when we were pregnant with our third I asked my husband if he thought we should hire a doula again and he did not hesitate to say YES! We need Jackie!
