From the moment my wife and I met Bri, we knew we were in good hands. She’s calm, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable—everything you’d want in someone supporting you through birth. We met with her a couple of times before the big day, and she helped us create a plan: how to manage contractions, how to move around and use our home-birth setup effectively, and most importantly for me—how I could best support my wife emotionally and physically during labor.
When contractions began, we messaged Bri and she came over to check in. She reminded us of our plan and kept us focused. As labor progressed, she stepped in more when needed—offering encouragement, suggesting changes like music to help set the mood (we had a playlist and candles going), providing physical relief, and above all, being a calm, confident presence. Her support was an anchor for both of us during one of the most important days of our lives.
